Penguin Poops On Senate Floor
Paula the penguin left a little something behind on the Kentucky state Senate floor – bird poop. Senate President Pro Tem Katie Stine brought the penguin along as lawmakers considered a resolution honoring the Newport Aquarium. The aquarium is being recognized for its work protecting sea life and penguins. Paula then made her contribution to the discussion.
