Britain’s Odeon Liverpool One theater says it issued refunds to a handful of disappointed patrons who said they weren’t aware “The Artist” was a silent movie. The black-and-white film starring Jean Dujardin won the Golden Globe Award for Best Musical or Comedy Sunday, and was nominated for 12 BAFTAs this week. The theater did not say exactly how many moviegoers have requested refunds.
