Wearing
a red coat will get you noticed. So will selling weed in front of the
courthouse. Authorities say Andrew Allen Kramer was doing both. Deputies
say the 22-year-old Kramer was asking people in front of the Grant
County courthouse if they wanted to buy some weed. Deputies said they
could also smell the pot. Kramer was searched and authorities found 20
grams of packaged marijuana in his pockets. He was busted and cited for
possession.
