Town Official’s Nephew Busted Again
A nephew of the town president of Cicero, Illinois, allegedly used a city hall car while on break from his city job to steal beer from a supermarket. Joseph Terrana, 41, was charged with stealing $287 worth of beer on two occasions, loading the allegedly pilfered suds into a Town of Cicero car while wearing a Town of Cicero employee jacket. A Cicero spokesperson says Terrana is related to president Larry Dominick by marriage and that Cicero’s inspector general is investigating his arrest. It’s at least the fifth time Terrana has been arrested. He’s been convicted three times, including twice for theft.
