Man Arrested For Dumping A Disabled Man
A Fort Myers, Florida, man who called police about trespassers on his property was charged with assaulting a disabled man and overturning his wheelchair. Bradley Oberding, 30, denied the assault ever happened. The 50-year-old disabled man told investigators he became the target of Oberding’s rage because some of his friends had strayed onto Oberding’s property. He said Oberding pitched him out of his wheelchair and then picked it up and threatened to hit him with it. His friends came to his aid.
